Teflon™ PTFE Coated Fabrics & Non-Coated Fabrics
CS Hyde stocks and converts different types of PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics, silicone coated fiberglass fabrics, and Kevlar® fabrics.
Minimums on Coated Fabrics & non coated fabrics can be as low as one square yard. Custom Die Cuts, Custom parts, Sheets, or belts are also available.
Teflon™ PTFE coated fabrics are madeup of woven substrates of fiberglass, or Kevlar® fabric and dispersion coated or impregnated with PTFE. All PTFE coated fabrics have excellent release properties, high temperature, chemical, moisture & tear resistance, dimensional & mechanical stability, low coefficient of friction and superior dielectric properties.
Types of PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics:
Standard Grade
Ultra-premium grade
Mechanical Grade
Tear & Crease Resistant
Anti-Static
Semi Porous or Porous PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are composed of semi porous or porous woven fiberglass fabrics coated with PTFE.
Porous PTFE coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabrics are commonly used as cooking sheets to replace wire racks or constructed as dryer belts. Available in mesh openings of 1/8", 3/16" & 1/4", .313" Mesh.
Semi Porous PTFE coated fiberglass fabric- has a light coating of PTFE, ideal for “bleeder cloth applications” or embossment sheets.
Controlled Porosity PTFE Fiberglass fabric or (CPM) Controlled Porosity Membrane is a white porous composite material consisting of fiberglass and PTFE impregnation. Ideal for industrial and architectural applications requiring air flow. *CPM is also the most flexible PTFE coated fiberglass out of all the types.
PTFE Laminate fabrics (TEF-LAM) are fiberglass woven substrates that are laminated with PTFE coating.
PTFE laminates last 2-3 x longer than traditional PTFE coated fabrics.
Kevlar® Aramid Fabrics are available with or with out PTFE Coating.
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabrics are composed of woven fiberglass fibers coated with silicone rubber.
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is available with silicone coating on one or both sides or bonded together to create 1,2 or 3 ply fabrics.
