Rulon® Tape with Adhesive on One Side (bearing tape)

Rulon® Tape with Adhesive (bearing tape)

(8)
Rulon® Tape is manufactured from skived compounded PTFE Rulon® film material. The RU-Series is often referred to as bearing tape becuase its film surface is self-lubricating and its backing is conformable. Rulon combines a low coefficient of friction with high temperature stability.  It also offers outstanding abrasion resistance, which equates to a 500-fold increase in wear resistance over PTFE in rotating bearing tests.  The Rulon backing is chemically inert and offers excellent high temperature resistance. This tape construction is stable, non-toxic and weather resistant.

Both Rulon® tapes have an 8.0 mil. substrate thickness and 2.0 mil. of pressure sensitive adhesive for ...
TFL Red Extended Life Tape made with Teflon® fluoropolymer

TFL Red Extended Life Tape PTFE made with Teflon™ fluoropolymers

(7)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TFL Extended Life Tape is laminated with PTFE and has a High Temp (-100 to +550F) Adhesive. Super Long-Life; More flexible & longer lasting than traditional coated materials. For extreme environments. Low Wicking; Ultra Endurance PTFE Tape.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Anti-Static Fiberglass Tape made with Teflon® fluoropolymer

Anti-Static Fiberglass Tape made with Teflon™ fluoropolymers- Silicone Adhesive (20-S)

(16)
Black, Anti-static PTFE coated fiberglass tape with silicone adhesive is anti-static and semi-conductive, with superior durability and strength to wear, tear, cut through, breaking and flow under heat and pressure.

The 20 Series is specially designed for continuous maximum operating temperature, up to +500ºF. These conductive tapes are ideal for applications that require static dissipative performance, release properties, temperature, chemical or environmental resistance. PTFE (Teflon®) is one of the most chemically inert materials available and it does not support combustion, has a low coefficient of friction, and there are few substances that will stick to its surface. In addition, this tape can also be used in ...
Ultra Premium PTFE w/ Silcone adhesive

Ultra Premium PTFE Fiberglass Tape made with Teflon™ fluoroplastic- Silicone Adhesive (10-SX)

Standard Grade Fiberglass Tape- With Silicone Adhesive

Standard Grade Fiberglass Tape made with Teflon™ fluoropolymers -Silicone Adhesive (21-S)

(83)
The 21- Series is a Standard Grade PTFE (Teflon®) coated fiberglass tape with SILICONE pressure sensitive adhesive on one side, available with or without liner.  This tape is an excellent product for the various industrial applications requiring release properties and extreme temperatures (up to 500ºF), chemical or environmental resistance.

Performance & Application:
Our Standard Grade PTFE (Teflon®) tapes demonstrate superior dielectric strength and resistance to wear, tear, cut through, breaking and flow under heat and pressure.  PTFE (Teflon®) is non-tracking in an electric discharge and will not support combustion.  Dielectric strength changes little ...
Skived PTFE Tape made with Teflon® fluoropolymer w/Silicone Adhesive

Skived PTFE Tape made with Teflon™ fluoropolymers- Silicone Adhesive

(47)

Skived PTFE Tape is made with Teflon™ fluoroplastic and a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive on one side. Skived PTFE tape is highly conformable with 300% elongation. CS Hyde’s PTFE tape features superior insulating strength, is non-stick, flexible, high temperature, as well as chemical, heat & moisture resistantance. Other properties include no porosity, excellent release, and of course it has a super-low coefficient of friction. Also used as an insulating and masking tape. Our PTFE tape is available in 5 or 36 yard rolls.
