Fiberglass Reinforced Solid Silicone has superb chemical resistance, high temperature performance, good thermal and electrical resistance, long-term resiliency, and easy fabrication. It also possesses excellent UV and ozone resistance.
Silicone is odorless, tasteless, chemically inert and non-toxic. It offers low compression set and fungus resistance.

Common Applications: Fiberglass reinforced press pad material is typically used for flexible circuitry laminations. This process requires a resilient, non-porous sheet material suitable for operating temperatures from -100 to 550F. It can also be used for gaskets, diaphragms, and belting.

Durometer Shore "A" Hardness. Thickness from 1/32" to 1/2". Many Grades available. Products meet many commercial, Mil-Spec, Aircraft, FDA, UL, Flame Retardant Standards. Silicone materials are Solid, Coated Fiberglass, Textured with Fabric Finish, Reinforced with Fiberglass (adds tensile strength).
Discount for orders over $1000, $5000, $10,000. Sold by the lineal yard in continuous rolls or by the Sheet. Can also be die cut to specifications
