The RU-101 tape series is backed with high tack acrylic adhesive for applications requiring high initial tack or stick during installation. Rulon combines a low coefficient of friction with high temperature stability. It also offers outstanding abrasion resistance, which equates to a 500-fold increase in wear resistance over PTFE in rotating bearing tests. The Rulon backing is chemically inert and offers excellent high temperature resistance. This tape construction is stable, non-toxic and weather resistant.
