What is a Teflon® Heat Press Cover Sheet?

Teflon® Coated Fabric Cover Sheets have a slick, non-stick surface.  This material is constructed of a PTFE (Teflon®) coated woven fiberglass substrate. The sheets exhibit exceptional release properties and high resistance to heat, chemicals and moisture. It is also highly resistant to wear, tear, cut through and breakage, even under conditions of extreme temperature and pressure.

How are Heat Press Cover Sheets used?

Cover Sheets are placed on top of transfer material, inks or vinyl. A cover sheet prevent the materials underneath from scorching while still transferring enough heat to create adhesion. The sheets create a non stick surface so things like ink or vinyl do not stick to the heating elements.

Types of Printing?
Overlays, Two-Sided Printing, Second Pressings
