Silicone Transfer Adhesive

TRS silicone transfer adhesive is a high temperature rated up to 500°F (260°C). This is a 2 mil. (50 micron) manufactured silicone adhesive joined between two polyester liners. This silicone adheisve is used in electronic, aerospace, automotive, and other markets where high temperature performance is required. In electronic markets, silicone adhesive replaces mechanical fasteners in assembly lines, or utilized to bond metal plates or act as vibration or sound dampening material that remains effective at high and low temperatures. Silicone transfer adhesives can also be used to bond composite parts together.

TRS has excellent temperature and chemical resistance. This adhesive adheres well to low surface energy substrates such as silicone or rubber or as a laminating adheisve for metals.
