CS Hyde stocks and converts different types of PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics, silicone coated fiberglass fabrics, and Kevlar® fabrics.
Minimums on Coated Fabrics & non coated fabrics can be as low as one square yard. Custom Die Cuts, Custom parts, Sheets, or belts are also available.
Teflon™ PTFE coated fabrics are madeup of woven substrates of fiberglass, or Kevlar® fabric and dispersion coated or impregnated with PTFE. All PTFE coated fabrics have excellent release properties, high temperature, chemical, moisture & tear resistance, dimensional & mechanical stability, low coefficient of friction and superior dielectric properties.
Types of PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics:
Semi Porous or Porous PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are composed of semi porous or porous woven fiberglass fabrics coated with PTFE.
Controlled Porosity PTFE Fiberglass fabric or (CPM) Controlled Porosity Membrane is a white porous composite material consisting of fiberglass and PTFE impregnation. Ideal for industrial and architectural applications requiring air flow. *CPM is also the most flexible PTFE coated fiberglass out of all the types.
PTFE Laminate fabrics (TEF-LAM) are fiberglass woven substrates that are laminated with PTFE coating.
Kevlar® Aramid Fabrics are available with or with out PTFE Coating.
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabrics are composed of woven fiberglass fibers coated with silicone rubber.

CS Hyde is a supplier of Silicone Strip N Stick Tape also known as “silicone gasket tape”. These tapes have a carrier made from a closed-cell silicone sponge, fiberglass reinforced sponge, solid silicone, or low-density foam substrate. These gasket tapes are available with a silicone or acrylic adhesive backing protected by a peel-off liner. Strip-N-Stick® Tape offers superior service life, excellent conformability, flexibility and a service temperature ranging from -100°F to + 500°F (-73°C to + 260°C). Other benefits include a low compression set and high adhesion to a variety of substrates. Strip n stick gaskets tapes can be used for high and low temperature resistance, enclosure or door gasketing, vibration dampening, and thermal insulation. Gasket tapes are unique because they can conform to irregular surfaces, wrap over or around cylinders, or be formed to produce right angles. Strip n stick tapes are a cost-effective solution for one application use or a gasket not requiring custom tooling or intricate parts.

CS Hyde Company is a top choice converter of 3M™ Adhesive products including 3M™ VHB™ Tapes, Transfer adhesives, and specialty plastics laminated with 3M™ adhesives. All our 3M™ products are available in slit to width rolls, sheets, or die cut parts.
Do you need one of these specialty 3M™ adhesives laminated to another substrate?
We laminate many of these 3M™ adhesives to create some of our performance specialty film tapes like our PEEK® Tape, Ultem® Tape, Polycarbonate tape, and many more. We even get outside our core stock materials and laminate 3M™ adhesives to customer supplied substrates, common examples include sheet metal, and thin gauge spring steel. Custom fastening solutions like this are a great alternative to mechanical fastening and in some case provide a better seal than mechanical fastening options.
