What is a Teflon® Heat Press Cover Sheet?
Teflon® Coated Fabric Cover Sheets have a slick, non-stick surface. This material is constructed of a PTFE (Teflon®) coated woven fiberglass substrate. The sheets exhibit exceptional release properties and high resistance to heat, chemicals and moisture. It is also highly resistant to wear, tear, cut through and breakage, even under conditions of extreme temperature and pressure.
How are Heat Press Cover Sheets used?
Cover Sheets are placed on top of transfer material, inks or vinyl. A cover sheet prevent the materials underneath from scorching while still transferring enough heat to create adhesion. The sheets create a non stick surface so things like ink or vinyl do not stick to the heating elements.

UHMW Tape is a ideal solution to reduce friction on all types of surfaces. UHMW provides a non-stick low friction surface similar to PTFE but with much higher puncture and abrasion resistance. UHMW Tapes comes pre-applied with adhesive eliminating mechanical fastening and allowing a quick installation.
- Repairing sticking drawer slides
- Enhancing sliding movement in door jams.
- Prevent Boxes or Parts from sticking on- rails, chutes, or packaging converyors
- Eliminating squeak and rattle in tight fit applications.
- Perfect anywhere high pressure sliding occurs
UHMW PE provides a nonstick, low-friction surface similar to PTFE tape but with much higher abrasion and puncture resistance. UHMW Tape has become a great anti friction solution for many benchrest rifle enthusiasts. UHMW Tape when applied to the forend and buttstock of the rifle enable the stock to glide through the stands or sand bags while protecting the surface from scratches and abrasion that may occur.
